🎨 About Our Kits
What's included in the kit?
Everything you need! You'll get a premium pre-printed canvas, a full set of fresh acrylic paints (no mixing required), three different sized brushes, and a paper reference guide. Just bring a cup of water and some paper towels.
What size are the canvases?
Our standard size is 16x20 inches (40x50 cm). It's the perfect size—large enough to look stunning on your wall, but manageable enough to finish in a few cozy evenings.
Are the paints safe and non-toxic?
Yes, they are completely safe. We use high-quality, non-toxic acrylic paints. They're safe for you, your kids, and your pets (though I don't recommend letting the dog eat them!).
Can I frame the finished painting?
I highly encourage it! The 16x20 size is a standard frame size, so you can easily find beautiful, affordable frames at any craft store to show off your hard work.
🚚 Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
We know you're excited to start painting! We process orders within 24 hours, and standard shipping usually takes about 5-8 business days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it leaves our hands.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we are focusing on shipping within the United States to ensure the best possible delivery experience. But we hope to expand soon!
What if I don't like my kit?
I want you to be completely happy. If you receive your kit and it's just not for you, let me know within 30 days. We have a no-hassle return policy because painting should be stress-free.
✨ Getting Started
I've never painted before — is this for me?
Absolutely, honey! That's the beauty of it. If you can match a number to a color, you can create a masterpiece. No art degree required.
How long does it take to finish a painting?
Most of our painters finish in about 8-15 hours spread over a few evenings. But there's no rush—that's the whole point! Take your time and enjoy the process. Some of our community members stretch a single painting over a whole month of cozy evenings.
Any tips for beginners?
My favorite tip: start with the darkest colors first and work your way to the lightest. It makes everything easier! Also, take a photo of the blank canvas with your phone before you start—that way you can always zoom in if you paint over a number by mistake.
