We want you to love your PaintJoy kit. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund. Here's how it works:
Step 1: Email us at hello@paintjoyclub.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours (for US orders).
Step 3: Ship the kit back to us. Once received, your refund is processed within 3-5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your kit arrives damaged or with defective materials, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a free replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged kit.
Exchanges
Want to swap your kit for a different design? No problem! Email us within 30 days and we'll arrange an exchange. You'll only need to cover the return shipping if the kit has been opened.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to process the transaction.
International Orders
We accept returns from international customers. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for international orders. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
