Delivery Timeframes
We are dedicated to providing our customers with reliable service, including efficient shipping options. While we strive for timely deliveries, certain factors may occasionally affect delivery times.
Standard Shipping Process:

Order Processing: Orders are processed the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Shipping Time: If an item is in stock at our primary warehouse, delivery to the USA typically takes 7-15 business days. Please note that delays may occur.
- We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen events are outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package through the carrier’s website.
Handling Delays
We understand that delays can be frustrating. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email with an updated delivery estimate. Rest assured, we are working diligently to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Once a package leaves our facility and is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
We recommend shipping to a secure location. If needed, we will assist with filing a claim on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement from the carrier.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will reach out to confirm the correct address and may require payment for reshipping.
Seller Protection
By placing an order, you agree to comply with our shipping policy. We are committed to delivering your items in a timely manner, but unforeseen delays can occur. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in a denial of the chargeback request. We are here to assist you and ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
